Julia West House – Paint the main floor of the Julia West House. 10 – 12 people needed. Julia West House Workshops provide training and support to empower low-income and homeless residents of Downtown Portland to alter their lives through positive action. It is located across the street from First Presbyterian Church in downtown Portland.
