In conjunction with Luis Palau's Cityfest Summer of Service. Sunset's congregation is invited to ride the "wave" of change by serving various angencies and/or families in the greater Portland community. Take the opportunity to create an impact in these areas: homelessness, hunger/povery, medical/dental, environmental and educational. The day will begin with a large breakfast at Sunset.

Cup of Joy – Family Day at Park
Host a bbq at a local park (location tbd) on the east side for 20 homeless families. Prepare food and entertainment and enjoy time with the families. 10 – 15 volunteers needed. This is a great opportunity for families to volunteer.
